Shipping – what to expect

Your books will be shipped within 2-5 business days of your order unless we inform you of an expected delay. You will receive a confirmation of shipping when we hand over your parcel to the courier, and from this point, the following delivery times are generally applicable:

• within Germany: 1-2 days
• within Europe: 1-5 days
• to other international destinations: 2-5 days

The shipping rate is determined by the country you enter in your shipping address during the checkout process. You will have an opportunity to view the shipping rate(s) before purchase. In most areas of Europe, you will have the option to select standard or express shipping; in other regions, only express shipping is available.

Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for any import duties or taxes applied at the destination. Information about your country’s specific import regulations for books and printed matter can be obtained from your customs authority. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email from the courier informing you of expected import duties and taxes.
